At Tiqets, we’re revolutionising the way people buy tickets to cultural must-sees and attractions in cities all over the world. Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets in seconds, meaning quick and easy entry to museums, zoos, theme parks and more, simply by flashing their smartphones.


Who are you?

As our Account Manager for France you’ll be driving the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. You’ll be based in Paris and will report directly to our Regional Manager (based in Paris).

By building strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other venues in the region, you’ll enjoy creating a strategic supply advantage for Tiqets and will be excited to launch new cities in your region at a rapid rate.

An an energetic and motivated team-player you’ll be responsible for connecting new venues to our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions, and improving the quality of our offerings by working closely with our City Coordination team in Paris and Amsterdam.


Why is the Account Manager position is vital? This position is key to growing the number of venues within the region more quickly, and is crucial to establishing firm relationships, so we can grow from being a tickets distributor for venues into a true and unique online partner. Locally-based account management and face-to-face meetings will help build trust in Tiqets as a reliable and leading solution in the online/mobile ticketing sector that our partners are happy to engage with. Proximity account management, together with an efficient sales approach, will be the key factors for  bringing new and existing partners towards a genuine long term online partnership.

Requirements

Tasks:

  • Rapidly grow the number of qualified attractions within the region
  • Use a smart sales approach to efficiently contract new suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Take ongoing partnerships to the next level by developing new revenue opportunities
  • Secure the Tiqets quality standards requirements for each new partner
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Finance, Customer Service, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics set together with the Regional Manager
  • Ensure together with market coordination that new products (content, rates, availability and online visibility) are consistently optimized and competitive on Tiqets to maximize conversions
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager


Your Qualifications

  • Startup mindset

  • 3-5 years experience in sales or account management with a proven track record

  • Native in French and fluent in English

  • Highly energetic and achievement oriented

  • Independent worker with a great sense of responsibility

  • Results driven with a personal touch

  • Ticketing industry experience is a plus, as is a personal network in local city tourism
