Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets to the best attractions in seconds, meaning customers can enter museums, zoos, theme parks and more simply by showing their smartphones. Job profile

As our Account Manager for the UK & Ireland you’ll drive the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. You’ll be based in London and will report directly to our Regional Manager. You’ll act as an entrepreneur and be responsible for connecting new venues to our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions. By building strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other venues in the region, you’ll create a strategic supply advantage for Tiqets. You’ll rapidly launch new cities throughout your region. You’ll work closely together with our Supply Coordination team in Amsterdam to improve the quality of our offering.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial growth of the region by establishing long term commercial partnerships with key venues

  • Launch new cities and venues in the region against an ambitious timeline

  • Connect venues to our instant delivery and mobile entrance solutions

  • Exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly sales goals

  • Improve the quality of our offering by monitoring NPS, reviews and other venue KPIs and act upon them together with our Supply Coordination team

  • Attend key trade and network events across the region (including outside of normal office hours)

  • Breathe and eat Tiqets to become our local Ambassador

Qualifications

  • Startup mindset

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record

  • Confident pitching at all levels within an organisation whether via phone or face to face

  • Ticketing or Tourism Industry experience is a big plus

  • You’re highly energetic and like getting things done

  • You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility

  • You are driven by results without losing your interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English
