Who are we?
Tiqets is revolutionising the way people buy tickets to culture and attractions in cities all over the world. Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets to the best attractions in seconds, meaning customers can enter museums, landmarks, attraction parks and more simply by showing their smartphones.
Tiqets consumes many external APIs that enable us to promote and sell tickets from our museum and attractions portfolio. As an API Support Agent, you will assist our development teams by monitoring API performance and responding to API incidents. You will also work with our developers to ensure that any problems are resolved in a timely manner. In addition, you will identify and suggest improvements for API monitoring, tooling and related systems based on your own experiences and learnings.
Other tasks include providing operational support for incidents related to supplier connections and product configurations. Within Tiqets you will work closely with the Development team, but also with City Managers, Business Developers, and Product Management.
