We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who can co-lead our fast growing and internationally oriented CS team. As the successful candidate it’ll be your mission to have a motivated CS team and happy customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service, you’re responsible for smooth operations of our CS teams in Amsterdam and India, and can act as stand-in when the Head of Customer Service is not available.
Make sure CS agents and working schedules are planned in time, fit budget, need, and FTE requirements
Manage schedule changes
Make sure CS agents have everything they need to do their job (e.g. building key management, access to the right systems, etc.)
Create a positive atmosphere in the CS team and build the all-important team feeling
Keep track of worked hours and coordinate with HR so salaries are paid correctly and on time
Coordinate operations between the Amsterdam and India teams
Responsible for operations when Head of Customer Service isn’t available
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and a second language. A third language – Spanish, Italian, German, French or Chinese – is a plus
You have a positive attitude, are organized and energetic
You live in Amsterdam
You're flexible and don’t mind working now and then during evenings and weekends
You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service
You're a natural motivator
