We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead who can co-lead our fast growing and international oriented Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service. As a Customer Service Team Lead it is your mission to make sure your team is motivated to make our customers happy. You are responsible for a smooth operational running of the Customer Service organization if the Head of Customer Service is not available.
Keep getting the whole CS team together
Checking the hours worked by CS agents and communicating this to HR
Responsible for all operations when Head of Customer Service is not available
Coaching and training current and new agents
Performance monitoring of agents
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English, a third language - one of Spanish, Italian, German or French is a plus
You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service
You are organized and energetic, with a positive attitude
You have relevant experience in training people
You live in (or close to) Amsterdam
You're flexible and don’t mind working in the evenings and weekends
You're a natural motivator
