Requirements

The HR department at Tiqets consists of a Head of HR, an HR Assistant, two Recruiters, an Office Manager – and you! The successful candidate will provide direct HR support to all stakeholders of our company (MT members and their employees). They’ll also lead specific HR projects such as personnel development, hiring international employees according to the legislation of the different countries, manage illnesses, and other related HR topics.


You are an HR professional with between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in the field of HR and some experience in international HR (continental Europe preferably). You have up to date employment law knowledge, and you like working in a fast paced, startup-like environment, keeping your cool in all these dynamics.


Tasks and responsibilities
As an HR Advisor your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • HR admin, operations and coordination of onboarding, employee data changes and offboarding of employees (the Netherlands and Europe)

  • Payroll processing for the Netherlands and Europe

  • Owning HR processes, communicating them within the company, as well as continuous improvement and implementation of new processes

  • Providing professional support and advice to the heads of the departments in regards to HR-related matters

  • Providing relevant HR reports, improving existing reports and presenting these to MT

  • Absence Management

  • Carrying out projects independently and supporting the Head of HR, such as the improvement of our personnel and salary information system, HR documentation, renew the handbook, setting up a bonus scheme, improving the performance cycle, setting up a job and salary structure, etc.
