Job profile

As Market Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Tiqets Supply Team. Based in London, you’ll report directly to the UK & Ireland Regional Manager and be responsible for managing operations within Tiqets’ British and Irish cities.

You’ll be in charge of inventory management processes, forecasting, ordering and loading our digital inventories. You should make sure that all products are displaying correctly on the website and mobile apps, requesting modifications when necessary. You’ll provide support for new product creation processes and support admin tasks – in particular customer service, finance, and content requests.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supply inventory management in the UK & Ireland (including daily reporting, forecasting, ordering and loading inventory)

  • Maintain strong relationships with active partners

  • Work with the City Coordination Team in Amsterdam to coordinate and update content, product descriptions, calendars and pricing, especially regarding popular events or temporary exhibitions in the region

  • Liaise and follow-up with the Amsterdam teams regarding product creation, content improvements, customer service and financial issues

  • Help with the product creation process for new products

  • Assist the Regional Manager with research, setting up meetings, and follow-ups to secure new supply

  • Back up the Regional Manager during business trips, fairs, holidays, etc.

  • Check customer reviews for products in the UK & Ireland on a daily basis and forward input to the Regional Manager and other departments on how to improve the quality of our products

  • Share leads and information relevant to your region with Marketing, which can then be used and shared on Tiqets’ social channels

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1-2 years of account management experience

  • Supplier-focused and passionate about travel

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Flexible, adaptable, positive and friendly

  • Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Previous online marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a startup environment is a plus
