At Tiqets, we’re dedicated to bringing simplicity to the world of travel and entertainment. And we’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

Who are you?     

You’re the one keeping the office ball rolling (and not just on our football table!) You’re the first point of contact for external clients, partners and suppliers. You’re a proactive, organized team player, whether it’s booking flights and hotels for Tiqets staff, ordering our delicious lunches, or locating supplies for our Friday drinks & bi-weekly pizza sessions.

As our much appreciated new Office Manager, you think ahead and solve any problems independently. You welcome our guests with a smile, just because you like the work you do! You’re in charge of keeping the office a great place to work and you’re here on a daily basis, from 08:30/09:00 till 2 pm.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll be working closely with your colleagues in the HR team and with the department heads.



  • Making sure our office is well organized and a great place to work

  • Ensuring that ordering of stationery, groceries and equipment is all done correctly and on time

  • Maintaining the office conditions and arranging any necessary repairs

  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, etc

  • Addressing employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery and travel arrangements)

  • Assisting in planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties and celebrations


  • 7 -10 years’ experience in an Office Management/ Administration role

  • Excellent skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with internal clients and  external visitors/contacts

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a changing environment

  • A strong organiser and planner.

  • Able to work independently

  • Able to demonstrate administrative skills incl. high level of accuracy

  • Excellent intrapersonal skills
