We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Paid Search Marketer to join our CPC team (Paid Search, Display and Paid Social) in Amsterdam in an exciting, fast paced and international environment.
You will be responsible for the planning, management, execution and measurement the paid search campaigns for assigned markets across different search engines and languages – to drive high-quality traffic in line with marketing requirements and ROI expectations. With a passion for Paid Search, you will be hands on managing the campaigns and driven by a desire to meet challenges and succeed.
Set up and implementation of Paid Search Campaigns
Support on the Paid Search Strategy execution for the assigned Regions according to its needs and specificity in liaison with Supply Team and other team members
Manage paid search campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across multiple search engines
Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, ad copy and other elements of paid search
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly audit reporting and monitoring of assigned region campaigns to ensure performance against targets
Identify and act on high impact opportunities
Coordinate strategic projects that will drive the growth of paid search
Support other markets and team members to meet team and business goals
Share best practices with the team
Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in paid search capacity either agency or client side
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of SQL preferred
Google Ads Scripts knowledge preferred
Knowledge and understanding of paid search bid management tools and technologies e.g. Search ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
Self-starter, efficient time management and strong problem solving skills
Creative - constantly coming up with new, imaginative ideas to explore and test
Strong problem solving skills - always looking for improvements to the way things are done
