Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets to the best attractions in seconds, meaning customers can enter museums, zoos, theme parks and more simply by showing their smartphones.


We want you to be part of our mission to make culture more accessible. As a PR & Communication specialist you will be enabling a successful PR & Communication strategy.

You will be part of the Marketing, Communications & Brand team and report directly to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand.


Your main responsibilities as a PR & Communication Specialist will be as follows:


  • Creating, implementing and reporting on Tiqets’ strategy, including its messaging framework and PR policies
  • Develop corporate messaging, including product storylines, milestones and new partnership announcements, while maintaining and expanding relationships with key global media outlets, agencies and influencers
  • Manage and create content for Tiqets’ social media channels and blogs. Manage and drive results with regional PR agencies by giving direction and overseeing work
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI and provide regular updates
  • Lead initiatives that scale across varying strategies (e.g. media, speaking, awards) and audiences – you know where Tiqets should be present and who we should be talking to
  • Stay on top of the latest tech news and trends, leveraging that knowledge to enhance Tiqets’ PR programs
  • Execute measurement and reporting practices to determine effectiveness of communications initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in public relations and internal communications

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch considered a plus. A proven blend of strong editorial and storytelling skills, including short-form (copywriting), long-form (articles and blog posts) and video content

  • Good knowledge of analytics, web metrics and SEO best practices that gauge content performance

  • Excellent writing proficiency with experience in product, corporate and executive communications

  • Demonstrates ability to partner with executives and produce effective communications deliverables that meet or exceed goals within tight deadlines, as well as coaching them on messaging and delivery

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Track record of innovation on big (e.g. programs) and small (day-to-day) activities

  • Marketing, digital and social media skills are strongly preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Cultural awareness: experience communicating with a global audience is a plus

  • A personality that thrives in small, collaborative, entrepreneurial teams

  • Living in the Netherlands
