Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets to the best attractions in seconds, meaning customers can enter museums, zoos, theme parks and more simply by showing their smartphones.

Job profile

As a Pricing and Merchandising Specialist, you’re entrepreneurial, analytical, customer-obsessed, and action-oriented. Within the Marketing department, you’re the link to other departments such as Finance, Supply and Product. You work closely with financial business controllers, data scientists, city managers and SEA specialists to analyse conversion, price changes, merchandising actions and competitors. You suggest, discuss and implement recommendations to get outstanding results.

This role involves analysing, configuring, testing and rolling out innovative ways to sell the most relevant products to our customers, at the best possible price, and with the best possible results.



  • Work closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Supply and Product teams) to monitor marketing channels, and also implement, report on, and optimise merchandising actions
  • Work with regional managers to get the most relevant inventory on our platform, and make agreements with existing venues for special actions and better prices
  • With data analysts you analyse inventory, pricing, and sales and implement optimisations in Tiqets’ offering
  • Provide stakeholders with insights into Tiqets’ customers based on quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Manage and optimise product selection and merchandising in order to drive revenue, maximise conversion, minimise costs and amplify customer engagement
  • Build visualisations, dashboards and reports to provide both ad-hoc and recurring analyses to measure the effectiveness of pricing and merchandising actions
  • Make recommendations to improve the sales of Tiqets’ products, ensuring the right options are presented to the right customer
  • You work with the Product team to implement new features that improve the impact of your recommendations across our platform


  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, business data analysis and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, technical or mathematical area

  • Experience in e-commerce, merchandising and/or digital marketing

  • Experience with A/B testing is essential

  • Experience with data visualisation and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau and Qlikview. Strong familiarity with Excel is essential

  • Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to switch between ad-hoc analytical tasks and a structured project-based approach, working independently on business critical tasks - as well as in multi-disciplinary teams

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast moving environment, with good business judgement, problem-solving and follow-through skills

Bonus points

  • Experience and passion for testing hypotheses

  • Experience in financial data analysis

  • Experience with web analytics tools, in particular Google Analytics

  • Experience with SQL
