At Tiqets, we’re revolutionising the way people buy tickets to cultural must-sees and attractions in cities all over the world. Our technology allows users to easily browse and book tickets in seconds, meaning quick and easy entry to museums, zoos, theme parks and more, simply by flashing their smartphones.


Who are you?

As our Regional Manager for France you’ll be driving the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. You’ll be based in Paris and will report directly to our Regional Director (based in Paris).

By building strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other venues in the region, you’ll enjoy creating a strategic supply advantage for Tiqets and will be excited to launch new cities in your region at a rapid rate.

An an energetic and motivated team-player you’ll be responsible for connecting new venues to our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions, and improving the quality of our offerings by working closely with our City Coordination team in Paris and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, develop and secure a high quality portfolio in the region’s top market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new partners, offering a consultative approach in order to position Tiqets as the leader in the online ticketing solution for cultural and tourist attractions

  • Meet regular set acquisition targets as the local office administrator

  • Supervise a small team in Paris

Tasks:

  • Execute a strategy based on KPI metrics (attractions acquisition targets, tickets sold targets, margin per ticket, etc) devised with the Regional Director

  • Launch new cities and venues in the region against an ambitious timeline

  • Optimize contracts with historical and top partners, negotiate (re-negotiate) better contracts and invoicing methods for Tiqets

  • Expand the portfolio of top attractions by popularity according to Tiqets development strategy

  • Represent Tiqets in the local market, build the Tiqets brand and reputation with key local influencers (tourism offices, government, cultural associations, etc) and provide online ticketing expertise to partners

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through a consultative approach and position Tiqets as the most reliable solution for online ticketing

  • Ensure with market coordination that the new products (content, rates, availability and online visibility) are consistently optimized and competitive on the Tiqets sites to maximize conversion

  • Define the best pricing strategy per venue or new destination

  • Set the local account manager’s targets according to the KPIs

  • Make sure that the local operations run smoothly

  • Lead a small team and maintain a positive and dynamic teamwork environment

  • This position reports directly to the Regional Director

Your Qualifications

  • Startup mindset

  • 3-5 years experience in sales or account management with a proven track record

  • Native in French and fluent in English

  • Highly energetic and achievement oriented

  • Independent worker with a great sense of responsibility

  • Results driven with a personal touch

  • Ticketing industry experience is a plus, as is a personal network in local city tourism
