As Retention Manager Affiliates & Partnerships, you’ll be part of the Performance Marketing Team. You’re based in Amsterdam and will report directly to the Head of Partnerships & Affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be supporting existing affiliates and partnerships to improve results. Advising partners on what products and tactics to use to improve their sales. Answering questions from partners to ensure they will be satisfied partners. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong partnerships with active affiliates.
Build and role out of a strategy to grow results of affiliate partners and ticket agents.
Lead partner retention initiatives to drive revenue and margin from existing partners
Understand the need of partners to advise them to optimize results
Build and execute a communication strategy of partnerships.
Analyse opportunities and advise partners pro-actively
Exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly goals
Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or customer support jobs with a proven track record
Come from a data-driven marketing background, preferably with a strong focus on retention, CRM & ecommerce
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
You’re driven by results, without losing your interpersonal skills
